What to Expect


Initial Evaluation

Your first visit at Full Circle Performance Physical Therapy will consist of 60 minutes one-on-one with Jim in a variety of areas:

  •  A thorough and in-depth discussion about your injury history and factors that will affect your recovery and progress.  You can contribute as much as needed and we will take the time to go through all of your questions and concerns.

  • Setting specific and individualized goals based on your needs

  • Any tests needed to help determine the most effective treatments tailored for you

  • Program planning and instruction, including reference pictures and videos

  • Exercise performance with real-time feedback

Follow-Up Sessions

  • 30 or 60 minutes in duration depending on your needs and program

  • Custom exercises to optimize your recovery and performance 

  • Hands-on techniques with Jim including muscle activation, soft tissue work, joint mobility and massage as needed

  • Specialized treatments including dry needling, blood flow restriction training, and electrical stimulation when appropriate

  • Updated home exercise plan and instructions

At the completion of your sessions, you will leave with an individualized, goal-driven plan and confidence to reach your next level in performance or recovery.

Cancellation Policy

In order to assure you of the greatest benefit from your therapy, consistent attendance and participation in your plan of care are essential!  As a courtesy to other patients and our therapists, we require a 24-hour or greater notice for cancellations. This allows others on waiting lists to be seen. Only emergencies or illnesses are excusable.

A fee equal to the full amount of your session will be billed upon violation of this policy.

We appreciate your understanding and timely communication for any changes you may need to make.
